Anyone have access to WorldCat? Not for copying (it's copyright 1973)- but this reprint of the orchestral score-or-parts of an early edition of concerto 13 would be a useful source of information for the instrumentation of this concerto (by the usual means, that is, going through each movement and tallying up the instruments used- probably not sticking to just the first pages of the movements, just to be sure :) )
(It's true that as with some of the other concertos the instrumentation of the published version, and some details, may vary from that of the manuscript scores- at least, summaries of the instrumentation of the ms. scores/parts at the Fleisher Collection have been different from those of the published part-batches we have of some of the (same) concerto, in at least one case and perhaps more; perhaps likewise here though Fleisher does not seem to have this concerto...)
