Published by André (full score and parts plate 11332, ca.1873-ish?), a copy of both the piano reduction and the full score and parts are held by the Munich Library and Swiss Library Zurich taken together (and the Fleisher Collection at the Free Library of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, which also has the score and parts- their collection is unusually orchestra-focused in that way (in not just having piano reductions).)

Reviewed in the Nov.1 1875 Monthly Musical Record (outlining tempos for two of the movements - Allegro ma non troppo in D - Andante con moto in G - Finale ) and noting (UK? London?) premiere had been announced with Wilhelmj as violinist.
