Ah. According to Hofmeisters Handbuch 1893, Franquet moved, 1 June 1890, from Greiz to Leipzig in anycase... siehe Hofmeisters Handbuch der Musikliteratur, Volume 10. Received by HMB in August 1890, so, erm published-- er--- sometime before August 1890-- that -- doesn't help that much; the post could be very fast in those days (no competition :) )... anyway..., go with Grei[z]/Leipzig... :D
