See Zeitschrift für Musik (21 March 1906) which mentions Opp.12 and 49. (HMB-before-1901 mentions Opp. 14, 18, 28, 29, 32 published between 1893 and 1900. A H./Heinrich Stubbe (and a "H. Stubbe" who may not be the same person, of course) also published works from 1863. One notes that Arthur's full name was Arthur Theodor Heinrich Stubbe, so it's possible though judging from the Op. no. sequence maybe unlikely that some of these other works are his.)
