I am a clarinet player who is a fugue fetishist. I particularly enjoy making arrangements of 18th-century contrapuntal music of various sorts for chamber music groups that include me. I prefer arranging for quartets of musicians - to my mind, a quartet is the ideal chamber music format. I regularly play music in a group that includes flute, clarinet and two bassoons, so many of my efforts posted to IMSLP are for this grouping. I always include "engraving files" with arrangements I upload, which might be helpful to you if you might like to try one of my arrangements with different combinations of instruments.

I am also the author of a book of delightful piano music, titled "Studies in Song". This volume includes 85 short pieces in "standard song" form, at intermediate difficulty, and is great stuff for increasing your piano reading proficiency. It is not published on IMSLP, but can be found here.

I reside in Seattle, Washington, USA.
