From Hong Kong. Weird guy, being young but love music from the bygone era -- usually I find they're loved by Americans/Europeans in their 60s/70s/80s -- I would be a special case. Particular in love of the lesser known songs of the period. Slightly more focused in Victorian music, which is well detailed in Derek Scott's The Singing Bourgeois: Songs of the Victorian Drawing Room and Parlour. Hope my stuff could further enhance your enjoyment and research :)
Working on a (potentially) giant project, which is, to transcribe (mainly English, and mostly in voice-piano) musical pieces from 1780-1928, into audio format like MIDI and MuseScore. Many would be obsolete works, and now you could find their synthesized audio files possibly not found elsewhere! Find my MuseScore page here.
See if you could find songs you feel fantastic and you would want to create your rendition to make them more heard (which is great -- first, these songs are in the public domain making it absolutely legal to make covers of them -- and second, circulating these songs is what "public domain" is supposed to encourage you guys to do!)
