Triebert of Paris was founded by the oboist Frédéric Triébert (1803—1890). The firm published mainly short oboe works, from 1845 to 1890.
Typical composers were: Charles Colin (1832—1881), Ortman, Gouffe, Édouard Sabon (1817?—1893?) Napoléon Coste (1805—1883) and Apollon Marie-Rose Barret (1804—1879).
