It is possible that Tribut à l'Amérique was a group of pieces, not just a Nocturne; a "Tribute to America Polka by Herz from his Op.161", scanned by LoC, doesn't all resemble the D♭ major nocturne above... (but it was published by Firth in 1849.) (And "183" in BdlF above includes a polka de concert and a polka de salon, though they aren't identified in BdlF as being part of "Tribut à l'Amérique" in that source.)
