  • Originally composed for orchestra to serve as incidental music for a play entitled Thunderbird by Norman Bel Geddes. The play was never staged. Circumstantial evidence suggests that the suite for orchestra was premiered by the Los Angeles Philharmonic on Jan. 9, 1917. Have been unable to determine if the orchestral version was ever published.
Published by White-Smith in 1917 or 1918. Reprinted by Kalmus

Orchestral performance released 2018 on CD takes 21 minutes (and the movements are perhaps different.)
