The first sheet of the music says it comes from the opera "Russian Imposter", the music for which was written by John Addison in 1809. There's no such opera listed for Bishop, but it's plausible that some of his songs were used in Addison's opera.
Likewise, the instrumentation may need to be corrected. If this is indeed from a musical, the instrumentation was most likely voice with orchestra, so the tagging is also subject to correction.
