Usage
- To link to the library's digital collections landing page, use the template without any variables. That is, enter {{US-BO}} as the scanner. To link to a specific scan, use either the DOI permalink URL or ARK identifier URL. A digital asset will support one of these URLs. The sections below describe how to use them.
- Note: This library sometimes links related scans together, and as a result, permalinks for any of the linked scans do not resolve correctly. In that case, just enter {{US-BO}}.
DOI permalink
- Variable 1: The letter D.
- Variable 2: The final part of the DOI permalink exposed in the CUDL interface. To find this DOI permalink, see the "Persistent Identifier" section of the "Media Information" pane when viewing a scan. For example, given the permalink https://doi.org/10.60807/cv0b5483z8b1, enter the value cv0b5483z8b1.
ARK identifier
- Variable 1: The ARK identifier of the scan. The ARK identifier can be obtained from the full ARK URL, which has the format https://ark.colorado.edu/ark:/ARK identifier. This ARK URL is found in "Persistent Identifier" field of the "Media Information" pane on the web page for the scan in question.
