Usage: {{NLA|(1)|(2)}}

1. If (1) is non-empty string, then the template will be linked to nla.gov.au/nla.mus-(1), regardless of (2).
2. If (1) is empty, then the template will be linked to nla.gov.au/nla.obj-(2)/digicoll/music.html.

When (1) and (2) are both empty, the template will be redirected to http://nla.gov.au/digicoll/music.html.
