Misc. Notes Hathi Trust version is a mediocre scan of a poorly-printed copy. Original scans: 600dpi, black and white tif files approximately 3900 by 6000 pixels. 21 files were 300dpi(?) grayscale jpg2000 files (including the cover page) that were converted to black and white tif files. I cleaned up about the first 35 images before giving up as the poor quality of the scan didn't warrant the investment of time required to manually clean them. Centered and de-skewed the images and set uniform margins. File #110901: black and white scan.
