London premiere possibly May 28 1911: (according to the Saturday May 20 1911 Athenaeum, p.579, "Emil Mlynarski's "Polonia" Symphony will be performed under the composer's direction, and for the first time in London, at a special concert to be given by the London Symphony Orchestra at Queen's Hall next Friday afternoon.")
