Navigation etc.

There is an article on this work in Die Musik (describing it as his last (complete) work (the article notes that he was working on an opera at the time of his death, but it remained unfinished); from a description of the 43 Tonkünstlerfest [des Allgemeiner_Deutscher_Musikvereins ] (perhaps it was premiered there?) - volume 6, subvolume? 22-23, pp. 348–350. (Followed by a description, also with many music examples, of Georg Schumann's overture to a drama, Op.45.)

Quoting briefly from the article - Die Grundsteinlegung des Gebäudes für das “Deutsche Museum von Meisterwerken der Naturwissenschaft und Technik”, die Ende November 1906 in Anwesenheit des Deutschen Kaisers zu München stattfand (does this mean it was performed in November 1906? Or just composed by then? Or dedicated for an event then, though not necessarily completed?)
