The year 1925 is given in the article on Schulhoff in the New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians; it is not, however, specified if this is the year in which composition was completed, the year in which the premiere took place, the year of the first publication, et cetera.
Autograph @ ONB has date July 29 1925. That answers the question more or less (given that autograph scores don't always give exact dates of composition beginning or end- sometimes being dated well after completion- but will accept this answer :) ) - ES
