There were at least 2 series named l'Orgue Moderne. This is from the one compiled under the direction of Widor and Guilmant, not the one by Vilbac.
This could be the sortie fuguée by Kunc mentioned in the The New Music Review and Church Music Review, (?) 1917, p.118 (not sure which issue...) but the only work by Kunc with this title mentioned as published in Worldcat is mentioned here - WorldCat (in an edition with a Meditation by Dupont).

- Ok, so this is probably the "Sortie fuguée (1905)" wishlisted - will remove it.
