Premiered in 1994 by Wim Hoogewerf and Caroline Delume in Paris, Institut néerlandais. The equivalence of both parts, the lyrical middle movements and the virtuoso corner movements have the prevention to enlarge the concert repertory for the guitar with duos which find a kind hearing, even if they have been written in a contemporary idiom.
