I think yes. This sonata is No.3 of XII SONATE / a Flauto Traversie, o Violino, / o Hautbois e Basso Continuo. / Delli Compositioni / dei Gli Sign. / FRANCESCO GEMINIANI e E CASTRUCCI, published 1731 by Le céne, Amsterdam. The first 6 of these sonatas are attributed to Geminiani. - Notenschreiber

BTW, the sonata is well known as oboe sonata (Hortus musicus No. 178)

Yep, it's referred to as an oboe sonata in several recordings, I think (including the oboe and guitar performance I found on archive.org which actually first sent me looking for the score a few days ago :) ) - Schissel
