AMG has "Lodovisia".
It may be an arrangement, not from the sinfonia I think, but from a march from Mayr's Lodoiska. Though Cherubini's opera has a march has a nearly identical opening incipit... Need to check their full scores to see whether Paganini's more closely matches one or the other, and find out where his was written before or after either of them...
Edit (20/7/2023): Confirmed that it is an direct arrangement of the overture of Kreutzer's opera of same name, instead of Mayr or Cherubini's.
