Misc. Notes *Includes 1951 copyright claim from first edition. That's definitely the Muzgiz house style. It looks like Boosey and Hawkes just reprinted it and stuck rehearsal numbers on. I'm not sure what's with the date though considering that the piece apparently wasn't even finished until 1952!
