I think closer to (n.d.(1928)), which seems to be about when mention of the publication appears in a few contemporary magazines, according to Google Books anyway. Maybe the recent(ish) book on Myaskovsky's symphonies (though this is a poem, not one of his 27 symphonies) (Soja Gulinskaja: Nikolai Jakowlewitsch Mjaskowski. Moscow 1981, German version Berlin 1985) published first in Russian, then translated into German, has some research and information...
