These parts were discovered in an antique shop in Radovljica/SLO. The 2nd horn part is missing in this source; whether the absence of a viola part is according to the common "Salzburg scoring" of the classical period and survived here in the rather traditional context of sacred music, is uncertain. The use of bassoons might have been handled ad libitum colla parte the cellos and/or violone.
