In all 3 RISM entries (see above), the "à 2. Vocibus necessariis, cum aliis Vocibus" is interpreted as either 4 voices (SATB) or 4-voice (SATB) chorus.
"2. Violinis, 2. Clarinis, & Tympanis ad libitum, cum Organo & Violoncello" seems to mean that the ad lib parts are violins, "clarinis" (could also be trumpets and not clarinets, but the part would have to be analyzed), and timpani. The organ and cello (probably a basso part would thus be the mandatory parts.
