If this relates to the Suite moderne Op.18, that was composed in 1897, and this might be a 1918 revision of that 1897 work.
Joseph Holbrooke: Composer, Critic, and Musical Patriot gives "Op.18a (1890s)" for the Romantic suite, actually (p.263.)
The Romantic Suite Op. 18a and the Grande Suite Moderne, Op. 18b are two entirely distinct compositions. Neither is a revision of the other.
