Notes The ending of the concluding voluntary, unless it is a trio section with implied - but not indicated - da capo (as with Mendelssohn's string symphony no.7's minuet and several of Mozart's early string quartets, for example) , seems somewhat odd in context - perhaps a page is missing, as is sometimes the case with LOC scans. (The ending key differs from the opening of that movement - not unprecedented but unusual. That the ending of the services differ from the opening of the work as a whole is less startling.)
