According to Grove Music, the 6th Book of Madrigals was published in 1617. The fourth book, however, was published in 1606/7, which matches Grove's date for Quel vivo sole ardente, and it did include madrigals for 6 voices. This cannot be checked at present, since IMSLP only has selections of the 6th book, but Quel vivo is unlikely to be in there.
