Actually, this seems to be
"Que sa volonté soit faite ! Prière avec accompagnement de piano ou orgue (ad libitum), paroles et musique de Charles Gounod." (1872, published 1872) from the Gounod website list (and after all, it says as much: Paroles et musique de Charles Gounod)
Barbier's name turns up in connection with the duet "Bienheureux le coeur sincère (Paraphrase du psaume 1). Duetto pour soprano et contralto, paroles de Jules Barbier. Idem, ibid. (1876)." which is a different work.
