The title on the cover page reads Quadrille gothique pour deux violons, alto, basse, flute ou flageolet et cornet à pistons (ad lib.) with a note at the bottom that it was also available for orchestra. The individual parts are listed as Quadrille gothique arrangé en quintetto or Quadrille gothique à grand orchestre. All parts appear to have been published with the same plate number (C.H. 226).
