Psalm 93 tells of the majesty of God. I represent that here by having an enormous amount of sound, all built up from a simple descending major scale played on a little Casio keyboard. These are layered at different tempos and entrances to a level of over 60 voices at once. I used a 4-track, reel-to-reel tape recorder. It was quite challenging to try to avoid the effects of feedback and tape noise, which I couldn't completely do.
God's majesty as proclaimed in the Psalm is rather freely represented in this video with pictures of His incredible creation. It starts with the Creation of light, Sun, and our planets -- continuing with the universe and finally parhelial phenomena (Sundogs and the like). These last photos are actual -- not result of lenses, filters, or any human manipulation.
