The file containes twice the same piece in different autographs.
Cut the black borders of the scans.
Copyright note: Public domain in Canada (assuming a public performance in the composer's lifetime), Copyright by Leo Baeck Institute Archives - Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives 3.0 for USA and 70pma countries. (In other words, probably PD-CA if records of a performance can be discovered - does law say that one "assumes" a performance or the burden is on the person claiming PD status to find records of one? the latter, I should assume..., limited rights US, EU...)
Looks like autograph copies made (presumably?) by the composer- both are very "clean"- unless he was among the rare composers who got it (right) readable the first time out.
