Neither Grove Music nor RISM have the subtitle "Ouverture" for Kittel's preludes.
About the above comment : IMSLP would not vave accomodated twice the title 'Prelude in D major' for 2 different pieces; consequently the uploader had to find a clever and appropriate way to beat the System. 'Overture' seemed appropriate here because of the writing in the style of an 'Ouverture à la française'. Besides, in the Stockmeier edition, this prelude is subtitled 'Fantasia' without any obvious reason.
