Score and parts have been marked up with rehearsal marks and string fingering. Could be the 1864 first edition (or reprint). There was also an 1870 edition as part of "Four Trios", Opp.27, 45, 46, and 48., reviewed January 21 1871. However, advertisement for Augener in 1887 MMR mentions the edition no.

They were first issued in 1864. The Athanæum, Mar. 26 1864. Mentioned with edition no. in Monthly Musical Record, 1887.

Hrm. Ok, "Four Trios" volume issued in 1870 (reviewed January 1871) had what edition # to start with? - should look into...
