Navigation etc.

According to Handbuch der musikalischen Literatur (Whistling, 1828) another opus 3 by (or announced by?) publication by Spehr, composed by Hiller (or again, announced to be), was "8 Quatuors" (with 3 Quatuors, Oe. 1" and Ariette de Mozart, la ci Darem variée, Op.2 preceding. Op.1 now being the first piano quartet and op.2 a duo concertant, these may be lost or announced but not composed works...?

The composer's own datebook has an entry for the fast part of the first movement of Op.3 in September 1828 (page 25 of the 36-page PDF) (possibly signifying that the entire quartet was finished by September 1828.)
