Given Op.30, and "probably written in the 1840s, though published later", in a comment about the concertino in the Hyperion notes to their recording of Taubert's concertos and Rosenhain's concerto Op.73. The Lemoine plate (comparison, rather, with the plate table) suggests the 1840s, but they may have been prepared at the time of composition and not released until a later date, too, as happens.
However, publication date was probably before 1854, because the score was published at "Rue de l'Échelle, 9", a location Lemoine seems to have vacated in that year for 256, rue Saint-Honoré.
From our list of works by Rosenhain: "Op.30. Premier Concertino pour Piano (Hofmeister, 1841) (note: reviewed November 1841 AMZ, page 896)". The question is whether this is the same work. If the AMZ review contains music examples (which match examples from this piano part) or other sufficient? identifying information, then Bob's our uncle. (Unfortunately, not so much. Still, might be the same piece- probably is, given the Lemoine plate table? Someone should try to look further into this, also does BNF or someone have orchestral parts or is BNF just the piano solo part again? Doesn't say...)
