Dwight's Journal of Music mentions a Jadassohn concert overture performed at the 10th Gewandhaus Concert in 1862. (The 1931-published book "Die Gewandhaus-Konzerte zu Leipzig, 1781-1881." might help in determining a premiere date; this editor may try to interloan a copy for a brief span and see if it does help.)
