This sonata quotes the old german song "Ach bittrer Winter" at the end of the 3rd movement.
It's the third of four seasons sonatas, the first was the Summer sonata (no. 8, op. 149), second the Spring sonata (no. 18, op. 181). Fall will be no. 24.
