Hrm. There are/were by Seeboeck at least three Minuets antique, of which the 2nd is his op.16, published maybe in the 1890s or so. (See WorldCat), and a 3rd composed by 1895 (see this reference and also WorldCat (Paderewski edition of no.3).) Not sure which this is! (All three of those were for piano solo; he may have written others for other instrumental combinations too.)- Eric
