No.5 (My Lord Chamberlaine his Galliarde) is I think the same work, more or less? as the Earl of Essex galliard found in Lachrymae. (However, it might be a separate work; see RISM 451003246.(that's from a 19th-century copy made by Hermann Kestner- possibly from the 1597 publication; I'm not sure.) ) The Melancholy Galliard we may also have on the page of the same title (I can't read tablature for the life of me, so someone who can will have to check.) - Schissel
