Though one library classifies this as an arrangement, there is no indication on the music that it is an arrangement. It says "For Three-part Chorus of Women's or Children's Voices", though the piano part is marked ad lib. It was, however, recorded for solo voice and orchestra on a 78 LP (that's a recording, for those of you under 40) with no date, so it is not possible to determine which was first. Tagged for the choral versions until a solo version emerges in print.
