Arranger Ferd. Van den Heuvel, piano reduction, probably Ferdinand Van den Heuvel (1805–1853)
Language French
Publisher. Info. Paris: Colombier, n.d.(ca.1855).

Misc. Notes * Univ. of Toronto copy. Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 1e série, 44e année (58e de la collection), Nº 9, 3 Mars 1855, p.169, r.398.
* Some doubt about the arranger: Ferdinand Van den Heuvel (1805-1853) died 2 years before the publication ; his nephew and namesake Ferdinand Van den Heuvel (1837-1894) seems too young to be a candidate (and has no known activity in France); maybe his son Amédée Van den Heuvel (1832-1911) is involved: he was pianist-accompanist at the Paris Opera, and has published other opera piano reduction (see Thamara).
