  • According to Grove Music, the basse-taille is "the lowest male tenor voice of three: haute-taille, taille and basse-taille". However, in their work list for Dornel, they list this as a work for bass voice, which makes sense, but the baritone voice may be a better fit for the lowest tenor. Tagged for both.
  • The violin part is marked "violons", i.e. plural, but Grove Music's work list for Dornel lists it as a singular violin. The parts do split on p.15, so this is tagged for 2 violins.
