The first movement was revised in 1951; printings of the score from 1964 onward are of the revision but maintain the same edition and plate numbers. The original score is three pages longer (118 vs. 115). Later editions of the piano reduction were similarly altered, without change in edition or plate numbers; pagination also remains the same. The third movement was published separately with piano accompaniment.
