Brass instrument manufacturer and publisher of sheet music (largely for brass bands and orchestras). Established by John G. Richards in Emporia, Kansas around 1881. The firm relocated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1883 and apparently went out of business during the early part of the Great Depression.
