La ópera "Isabel" fue incluida en el proyecto didáctico del Teatro Nacional de la Zarzuela (Madrid) en la temporada 2014-15. El estreno se produjo el día 25 de febrero de 2015 con dirección escénica de Carlos Lozano y musical de Manuel Coves. Los intérpretes fueron Ixtaso Moriones, soprano, como Luna, Xavier Mendoza, barítono, como Neptuno, Escolanía Ciudad de Cuenca y ORCAM.
Though 14 instruments are listed, 13 is the most that are used at one time, because the alto metallophone is not used in the same movement as the 2 soprano metallophones. Further, 12 players could be used if the claves player can make a very fast change in mvt.3.
