Navigation etc.

  • Hino do Município de Campinas, São Paulo, Brasil.
  • This cannot be tagged [fully] until the original instrumentation is known. However, a search of WorldCat shows no work of this title by Gomes, but does show a "Hymno triumphal : para grande orquestra e banda" as well as a "A Camões : hymno triumphal" that is classified as a march.
    • This is indeed the "Hino triunfal : para grande orquestra e banda", but according to information provided by the City Hall of Campinas [1], the title chosen by the composer himself was "Coro Triunfal Ao Povo Campineiro" (Triumphal Chorus to the People of Campinas). It's also known as "Progresso!", the first word sung by the chorus.
