H. Stempelmann of Berlin published popular music, mainly dances for the piano, from 1864 to 1873. The main composers were Alexandre Édouard Goria (1823—1860), Rudolph Daase (1822—1892) and Stempelmann. Another Successor to Stempelmann operated in Danzig.
