LoC has "op.34" on their description page, but any good inspection of the score with an image-viewing program shows that both the title and first page of the Lee & Walker 1849 edition have op.94, which makes more sense if this is the first edition.

Based on music from the 1844 opera Les Quatre Fils Aymon, or The Castle of Aymon or The Four Brothers, by Michael William Balfe.
