In O'Neill's Music of Ireland (1903), this hornpipe (no.1696) is attributed to "Dollard", i.e. Father Dollard, but he collected folk music, and probably did not write this himself. Since The Session (a community website dedicated to Irish traditional music) does not list a composer, the assumption is that it was collected by Dollard, and is by an anonymous composer.
