Francis Moulin of Cannes published popular arrangements for cafe orchestra from 1920 to 1933. BNF cat lists 300 items. Typical composers were Vladimir Dyck, Paul Fauchey, Guillaume Balay and Pastour, many of whom did not survive the 2nd world war. It competed with Paul Decourcelle of Nice, founded in 1881.
